- Green Romaine Lettuce
- Red Romaine Lettuce
- Cherry Tomatoes
- Baby Cucumbers
- Onion
- 3 tablespoon grated Parmesan cheese
- Italian Salad Dressing
- Salt & Pepper to taste
Method
Slice the green and red romaine lettuce in large cuttings.
Clean cucumbers, tomatoes, and red onions. Wipe off excess moisture with a paper towel; then, chop and dice the vegetables.
Arrange romaine lettuce in a big bowl. Arrange all the vegetables on the romaine lettuce.
Sprinkle the parmesan cheese over it, pour in the dressing, whisk and toss to dress evenly.
