- 6 brown eggs

- 8 cherry tomatoes

- 70 g feta

Method
Begin by preheating the oven to 180°C .
Lightly coat six standard non-stick muffin cavities with cooking spray.
In a mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs, salt, and pepper.
Incorporate the vegetables and feta cheese into the egg mixture.
Distribute the mixture evenly among the muffin cavities. Bake for approximately 20 minutes, or until the tops are a light golden color and the centers spring back when gently pressed.
Serve immediately, or allow to cool before storing in an airtight container in the refrigerator
