Ingredients
- ¼ cup balsamic vinegar
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 cloves elephant garlic
- 10g oregano
- 10g opal basil
- Salt & black pepper, to taste
- 500g button mushrooms
- 10g parsley
Method
Preheat the oven to 220 degree Celsius
In a spacious bowl, combine balsamic vinegar, olive oil, minced garlic, oregano, and basil, whisking them together thoroughly. Adjust the seasoning with salt and pepper according to your preference. Incorporate the mushrooms and allow the mixture to rest for 10 to 15 minutes.
Skewer the mushrooms and arrange them on the prepared baking sheet. Insert the sheet into the oven and roast the mushrooms until they are tender, which should take approximately 15 to 20 minutes.
Serve immediately and garnish with fresh parsley.
