Ingredients:
- 2 cups baby spinach
- 2 cups kale
- 2 celery ribs
- 1 medium apple,
- 1 cup banana
- 1 cup almond milk
- 1 tablespoon grated fresh ginger
- 1 tablespoon chia seeds
- 2 tablespoon honey
Method:
Combine the spinach, kale, ginger, celery, apple, banana, almond milk, chia seeds and honey in a blender to get the smoothie texture.
Serve immediately.
