Ingredients:

1 Medium Sized Zucchini (about 300g)

1 Avocado

Lemon Basil 200g

1 Tbsp Lemon Juice

Crushed Black Pepper (to taste) 

Salt (to taste)

Sesame Seeds 

Method:

1. Wash and peel the Zucchini using a spiralizer.

2. Place the peeled Zucchini in a bowl.

3. Prepare your Avocado and Basil Dip by combing them together.

4. Add the Avocado and Basil dip to your peeled Zucchini into the bowl and mix well.

5. Add Salt, Pepper and Lemon Juice to the bowl and mix using a fork.
